Our property management services include referencing, drafting and e-signing tenancy agreements, and collecting and processing move-in monies. We ensure deposit registration and inventory check-in management are handled efficiently. This package includes two references, preparation of the tenancy agreement, registration of the security deposit, and compliance measures such as organizing gas safety, electrical safety, EPCs, and adherence to the Deregulation Act. Our team will manage rent collection and process payments quickly, providing clear financial statements for all parties involved. An additional £30 per reference applies for any references above two.

Our offerings include Let Only and rent collection services, along with the coordination of property repairs and maintenance, including an emergency out of hours service. We manage finances from rent collection to minimize disruption for our landlords. Additionally, we will serve the appropriate notices in a timely manner and conduct necessary negotiations at the end of the tenancy to agree on any deductions from the tenant’s security deposit.
