If you've spent any time at Margo's Lounge or Top Body gym in Gorleston, then we have probably already crossed paths.
Growing up in Texas instilled in me the values of hard work, honesty, and keeping your promises. After relocating to the UK, I completely fell in love with the charm of the East Anglian coast and made it my permanent home.
By bringing world-class American customer service standards to Norfolk, my focus is entirely on taking the lead for you; ensuring your moving journey is handled with absolute honesty, clear communication, and a relentless focus on getting your home sold.
Property strategy isn't a passive waiting game to me; it's an intentional, high-energy pursuit. I underwent my real estate training in the highly competitive US market, where I learned how to actively prospect and target buyers, rather than just upload a listing and hope for a bite.

With nearly a decade of experience in recruitment delivery and account management under my belt, I have built my expertise on my love for providing an excellent client experience and talking to people. In recruitment, communication is everything - this translates directly into the property world.
I fell in love with Gorleston not only for its incredible coastal charm, but the genuine, warm-hearted nature of the community here. There is a rare kind of pride and community spirit in this area that I hadn't found in my time in London or Manchester.
Hubbard Homes was started because we felt that this community deserved something better than rigid, transactional corporate agencies. We wanted to combine Morgan's international property expertise with my background in client delivery to build an agency that treats people like neighbours, not numbers.

You can't spell "homeowner" without "meow", and that is precisely what we bring to the table. Our main responsibilities include mischief coordination, ensuring the team are awake at 6:00 for our breakfast, and catching the occasional mouse.
Morgan and Poppy might manage Hubbard Homes, but we run the Hubbard's home.
